The Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) Training Program is a non-accredited program.
Participants complete an online theory component, followed by a face-to-face practical phase.The online theory session covers the essential knowledge required and the latest industry and legislative updates.
Participants then complete a self-paced assessment.
This theory session takes 2-4 hours.
Participant log-on details will be provided 14-21 days prior once your application has been processed.

After successfully completing the theory component, participants attend a two-day practical workshop.

There are no formal entry requirements stipulated for this program.
However, candidates must possess basic literacy and numeracy skills, in accordance with workplace policy and procedures.
