ISafe have worked with Aveo, a leading Australian retirement living provider, for a number of years to assist with AVEO’s corporate and community village risk management. We have worked collaboratively with AVEO to develop their Business Continuity Plan and facilitate Crisis Management Team training on cyber security, flood and bushfire scenarios. We have conducted bushfire and flood risk assessments for numerous AVEO communities across Australia and assisted with bushfire and flood contingency planning and training. Aveo has been honoured with the 2022 RMIA Award for Most Outstanding Organisational Resilience Response, recognising its achievements in effective risk management.
ISafe worked with the Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (CAAC) to undertake a detailed security and risk review of CAAC’s risk management and remote health clinic operations. This included reviewing relevant safety and security policies and procedures and security surveys of the operations of six remote clinics. iSafe provided a detailed report and practical recommendations to inform ongoing risk management and mitigation of safety and security risks to remote health clinic operations.
ISafe maritime security experts have undertaken a wide range of activities supporting Port of Brisbane’s maritime operations. These activities include rewriting the Port Maritime Security Plan (which included a comprehensive update of the port security risk assessment), conducting a maritime security audit of the port and port-operated port facilities, and running a port-wide exercise to test the port response to a number of likely scenarios. iSafe also used our Home Affairs certified security screener accreditation expertise to conduct a comprehensive audit of security operations & screening at the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal. As with all our activities, we invested considerable time and effort to ensure we clearly understood the port operating and security environment as the foundation for these activities and the recommendations that flowed from them.
